Since our establishment, we are engaged in manufacturing, supplying and exporting a wide range of Two Stage Vacuum Pumps. Made in accordance with the industry laid quality guidelines, these pumps are used in removal of unwanted materials with the help of high vacuum pressure.
Designed using quality materials, these pumps are available in standard as well as customized specifications ranging from 81m3/hr to 1200m3/hr capacity at market leading prices. These pumps are developed for maximum 720mm of Hg vacuum when the temperature of sealing water is 30 C. Likewise, these pumps achieve vacuum up to 735mm of Hg only when sealing water temperature is 15 c to 18 c.
To deliver vacuum in our Two Stage Vacuum Pumps, a multi-edge impeller on a pole is situated unconventionally in a tube shaped housing, which is halfway loaded with fixing fluid. As the pole turns, a fluid ring is made by the divergent power produced by the pivoting impeller. This power holds the fluid ring against the inward mass of the pumping compartment. As the impeller is found offbeat to the pumping chamber, the profundity of section of the cutting edges into the fluid ring increases and decreases as the impeller turns. This makes expanding cell volume on the bay port side, producing vacuum.
On the release port side, the impeller cell mass diminishes as the edges move in the fluid ring. This builds the tension until release happens via the release port. In our Two Stage Vacuum Pumps, the release from the main stage does not release to air. Rather, the principal phase releases through the manifold prompting the second phase and through a release port situated in the middle plate between the second- and first âstage impellers. In addition, the procedure rehashes itself in second phase, permitting further vacuum discharge to climate.
